Another good session whilst the others were playing football (I'm still injured ;-().

Second time from work past the Three Counties upto the Wyche and up to the top of the Beacon without stopping, I can do this now so time to consolidate then push on a bit to get faster on the climb.

We'd had a bit of rain recently so it was very muddy in places and had a few dodgy slides on the way down and a few wheel spins on the way up.

Good ride though and made it back in quicker than last time. Need to go windsurfing soon though, maybe Saturday ;-)
